A hand, a poem,

a blossoming meadow,

spaces created

on the brink of words

music whispered

to the waters

of  tissues..

A  gentle place

where time may slow

for breath, for tears,

for life, for joy.

If touch
is the language
of the skin
my work is to create poetry.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

A simple touch of a hand awakens a reaction in the body. Cells reacting with chemicals, neurotransmitters flushing through the nervous system, impulses jumping, hormones released. Two people in close contact - two galaxies colliding - and things begin to move...

YOGA

Over the years I have distilled my knowledge of yoga and dance into three main guidelines - Awareness, Non-Violence and Gentle Consistency.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in close contact with nature. As a child I learned about plants, wild animals, and the cycles of life. I learned about the humility one feels in the presence of an old tree and about the green healing strength of a primeval forest.

From political studies and activism to the world of literature, performative arts and contemporary dance - I have always been interested in the complexity of  human experience.

My progression to body work and yoga evolved gradually through my work as a dancer and performative artist - both forms of delicate communication. In time I was more and more drawn into a more intimate sphere of tactile exchange - massage.

The dance, the yoga, the art of touch along with my love and lifelong connection to nature all guided me on the path of herbalism and other healing traditions. I came to Berlin to study Natural medicine and successfully became a naturopath/heilpraktiker - a practitioner of Natural medicine.
